At CraftNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your CraftNest account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
